Preferred Provider Acupuncture Therapists
Midland Fertility always seeks to enhance its range of services and recognises the services of the following complementary therapists for the benefit of Midland Fertility patients, before, during and after conception. Preferred providers all have experience in working with infertility and helping people who are trying to get pregnant.
The following practitioners are ‘preferred providers’ with Midland Fertility – but fees are paid directly to them by their clients and Midland Fertility holds no professional liability for their work.
What is a ‘preferred provider’?
When a Midland Fertility patient visits a ‘preferred provider’, they can be sure that the therapist has met internal verification standards and demonstrated that they are working within the guidelines of their professional body.

“At Mandarin clinic, we understand that the process of natural and assisted conception can be an emotional and physical rollercoaster. Acupuncture can be used on its own or in combination with fertility treatments such as IVF or ICSI. A research study published in the British Medical Journal (February 2008) concluded that ‘acupuncture given with embryo transfer improves rates of pregnancy and live birth among women undergoing in vitro fertilisation’. Acupuncture is therefore often a choice of treatment before and immediately after embryo transfer.” Petra Buyse 2016.
