Carol-Ann Smith – Office Manager
Carol-Ann over sees the administration of patients’ files and notes. She ensures the initial paperwork is sent out accurately and timely.
Carol-Ann liaised closely with Donna after Laura’s initial contact. Donna contacted Carol-Ann immediately after Laura and Chris booked in for their first appointment and she arranged for all clinic, HFEA paperwork and consent forms to be sent to the couple before their appointment. Clear and accurate documentation is a pre-requisite to all appointments and Carol-Ann along with her team then check over completed paperwork once it has been returned.
